Free resources and downloads

The Field Kit, resource pages and self-diagnosis can be viewed without an account. Self-diagnosis answers stay in the page and are not submitted to a contact database.

Some downloadable resources, including the Jumpshot Creator Protocol, ask for your email to process the resource request and delivery. We store your email, the requested resource, a timestamp and limited attribution/source data, including the page, referrer and campaign you came from.

Access to the guide is available immediately on the page after a successful request. It does not depend on email delivery. If storage fails, a direct download link remains available.

A resource request is not consent to unrelated marketing. Marketing permission is a separate, optional checkbox, unticked by default, and is never required to receive the protocol.

We record your marketing choice separately, with the consent-text version and the time the choice was last recorded. Requests for the same email and resource reuse one record; the optional choice on a repeat request updates that record.

Marketing updates are only sent if you separately opt in. You can withdraw that permission at any time using the private contact route described below. No automated marketing or delivery email is sent by this release.

Performance Audit requests

The request stores your email, chosen focus, problem description, request reference, submission time, offer price and currency, page, referrer and limited campaign-source labels. EyeCook uses these to assess fit, respond about the requested service and manage follow-up. Submitting is not a marketing subscription.

Requests are stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database. Access to the lead desk requires private authentication. The form does not currently send an automatic confirmation email, take payment or book a time.

Local session information and measurement

Session storage keeps limited campaign-source labels during navigation and the reference needed to show a saved-request confirmation. It does not hold your problem description. There are no advertising pixels added by this release.

First-party measurement records a session identifier, resource and offer views, form submissions, download and next-step clicks, audit CTA positions and FAQ openings. These records include the page, relevant destination, focus, source/campaign labels and timestamp. They do not contain your email or problem description.

Existing records

Earlier playbook and Decision Room records remain separate. Any earlier marketing choice does not authorize unrelated new sequences. No new marketing email sequence is active in this release.

External services

Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Following an external clip or resource link takes you to that service and its privacy terms. You do not need to submit clips to request an audit.

Access, correction or deletion

Use your existing EyeCook conversation on X at @EyeCook4fun to request a private contact route for access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing permission. Do not post your email, request reference or gameplay links publicly. Operator contact details, retention schedule and final service terms must be completed before a paid booking or checkout is activated.
